I draw my inspiration from the fascinating combination of shapes and colors found in urban street art in lost places, the rediscovery and reinterpretation of printing techniques, and the use of everyday materials. My works are a dynamic interplay of expressive graphic elements, atmospheric color compositions, and narrative mixed-media techniques. I emphasize the contrast between the fleeting beauty of the moment and its transience. I create works that build a bridge between what is considered “beautiful” and therefore profitable, the conscious perception of the everyday, and the decay of what was once considered desirable. My art is both questioning and poetic. It is an invitation to explore the interface between the present, the possible, and the past in new and unusual ways.
